1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:
It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used electronics
Items without original packaging
Hygiene-related products (e.g., earphones, trimmers, personal care items)
Customized or special-order items
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Email us at returns@bhaotao.com or WhatsApp our support team with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from our side (wrong or damaged item).
4. Refund Options
Refunds are processed based on your selected payment method:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
Bank Transfer/Digital Payment: Refunded to the original account.
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after item inspection and approval.
5. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange if the item is in stock.
Exchanges follow the same return eligibility and approval process.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the packaging and item to speed up resolution.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, you must follow the standard return procedure.
